FTP Deployment

When i click to Test ftp connection it takes way too long (8-12 seconds) but it shows me a success. But i cant see the dirs on the server or download/upload anything. Upload get the error ( Failed to create FTP Directory) , download says it has no files /dirs to process.

I looked up the log but i dont know what it says exactly.
