create a tree view in a tool window with similar style as "TODO" tool window

The goal is to create a tool window with similar style as TODO window, but simpler.

We need to show a list of selected files with some line ranges, which should be clickable. The files should be grouped by modules.

Are there some examples that I can follow? Thanks.
