How to set the Python interpreter

I have anaconda and python. which one is better ? how to set the path in the settings ?

I'm using conda, but from what I've researched you can't directly use the conda environments inside pycharm. The way I'm currently setup is that I launch anaconda prompt to create, activate, and run scripts. When i try using the pycharm terminal or python console, all my routes don't seem to work. it's weird, and i'm using:

PyCharm 2018.1.4.(Professional)

**Update** I found out that you can't have any other terminals or prompts open in order for the application to update in PyCharm. Because I had the Anaconda Prompt open, it wasn't updating in PyCharm's terminal.
