Browser popout bug
My browser popout in the text editor stopped working all of the sudden.
I have checked the box under the tools menu in the Webstorm preferences to make sure the popout browser is activated and it still does not work.
I also uninstalled Webstorm and the problem persists.
Any ideas on how to fix this problem?

What Webstorm version do you use? do you have any custom plugins installed?
I have webstom 2017.3.4
To my the only plugins I added were the ones provided when I first open Webstorm except for ideavim.
Please provide your idea.log (https://intellij-support.jetbrains.com/hc/en-us/articles/207241085-Locating-IDE-log-files) - do not paste it here, put it on some file server. Also, please attach a screenshot of the file opened in editor (with missing popup) - make sure that file icon in the tab is included in screenshot (I need the icon to see what file type the file is associated with)
