Open Intellij Idea in background

Hello,

Is it possible when i open intellij idea and go to do something other (other application is on the top, surfing etc) to do not pop up me first: logo how it is loading, then how it is loading project, then when project loaded to back me again. It is very frustrated because i do not have SSD and this take some time all this processes until Intellij is ready for use. I just start to read something and Intellij just jump again and again until it is finally loaded.
