Intellij 2017.3 keeps freezing

Intellij 2017.3 keeps freezing on me. I have 3 instances running for intellij for different processes. On the bottom I can see 2.6G used of 3.6G available. I thought its because of indexing but - may be not- I dont see "Indexing..." icon on bottom of my screen.
Behavior I see is that intellij freezes for 5 seconds, then comes back for a second and then freezes for 5 seconds again. Once this freeze cycle triggers, it does not stops ever.
I have uploaded the logs from my machine. File name is Vsekhri_IntelliJIdea2017.3.zip

What View do you use in Project tool window? Does it make it better to close the Project tool window or select the Project scope there (if you are using different scope)?
Try also to add "-Dsun.java2d.opengl=false" into Help | Edit Custom VM Options...
