Upgrade/Installation is Not Cleaning Up Windows Add/Remove Programs List

When installing a new version of IntelliJ, the process runs fine. Although, when looking at uninstalling another application I noticed the following items and I'm unable to uninstall those from the list because their locations don't exist. How can we fix these to where we can clean up the list?
