I don't know to disable these green arrows from the gutter, these annoy me like everytime

I disabled the gutter icons, but it's keeping showing up every time i start Clion

Hi! The "Gutter Icons" option in File | Settings | Editor | General | Gutter Icons should be kept on restart. I checked on my side: if I disable this option, gutter icons are not displayed even after the CLion restart.
