Uncommon behavior Git in IntelliJ

Hello,

Today, I had a strange behavior of the installed version of Git plugin in IntelliJ (Native).

I coded some classes and then I decided to revert one class. (select class Git>revert). I'm sure it was only one class selected. I submitted and then all the project was reverted. I know it sounds weird but this is what happened.

Did anyone had this kind of behavior ?

IntelliJ Ultimate 2017.3.4 x64
