Keyboard shortcuts not working for Swiss German layout

Hi,
I have a Macbook pro with OS High Sierra. My keyboard layout is Swiss German.
To comment a line, the shortcut is CMD+/, but it is not working.
Char '/' is with SHIFT+7, and it doesn't work. In the past, I used to press CMD+- to comment a line, but with the new IntelliJ version, this collapse the method.
Is there any support for foreign keyboards?

Remapping the shortcut is the easiest solution.
