Since update: HTML attributes adding quotes after typing single character.

To explain this, I had to attach some pictures. Basically, when writing HTML and going to add an attribute, I type the attribute name, and hit "="

 

That creates this image below (which is normal):

 

Then, as soon as I type a character, any character, it appends 2 double quotes after it. I am not typing the quotes. They are just appearing. 



This literally just started today. I had an IDE update, and ran it. Any help would be appreciated. I honestly can't use PHPStorm until I get this fixed.

I rebooted my computer and apparently that solved whatever was causing the issue. Weird.

Could be something related to IDE caches.

Please monitor the behavior and let us know if this will happen again.
