configure intellij community for scss and typescript development

Hi, i am using webstorm for a long time when i am at school, but now i am working, and can't use my school license inside company. i tried using intelijj community edition but can't find plugins to do the same thing like webstorm.

can someone tell me if i can use intellij community for web development?
