Browse Plugin repository shows old versions

I try to install TYPO3 CMS plugin. The version shown in my latest 2018 EAP is from September 2017, the version shown here:

https://plugins.jetbrains.com/plugin/9496-typo3-cms-plugin

is from December...

What do I have to know to understand this? Are not all plugins automatically updated in the repo? Do I have to manually update something?
I used invalidate cache...
