Toolbox App update failed On Ubuntu 17.10

When Toolbox app notified that it has a new version, I clicked the link and then it began to download the data. But when the download ended, it said that download failed because the checksum was wrong. As the log shows:

Then I go to the jetbrains website to download Toolbox by myself, after tar it to my PC, the AppImage cannot be launched, as the picture shows:
