Start Terminal tabs on startup

Hi,

I use a couple of Terminal tabs for my development - in each (named) tab, I start a command and view the output:

It would be great if it was possible t to open these tabs automatically when I start the application, but so far, I haven't found a way to do it. Did I overlook something?
