Perpetual license of IntelliJ IDEA and plugins from other IDEs

IntelliJ IDEA Ultimate supports plugins like Go, PHP, AngularJS, React, and etc that came from other JetBrains IDEs.

For example, if there is a bugfix patch for Vue.js feature of WebStorm(ex. 2018.1.2), will the same patch is applied to Vue.js plugin of IntelliJ Ultimate's perpetual license version?

It is a little confusing.
