Structure is Empty on the new version 2018.1

Hi;

like other issue with the 17.3.2 version, the new 2018.1 is failling while reading the structure of a PHP file: the list only appears for a while, then it collapses and dissapears.

Another problem (I think that is related) is that, on Windows 10 64-bits, the PHPStorm icon on the taskbar is always flickering... And this is very annoying.
