Navigation to declaration via keymap not working

Just evaluating WebStorm on both Linux and Windows.

• On Windows according to the keymap “Ctrl+B” would navigate to the "Declaration”. However, that does not work. It only works by navigating through the menu or by “Ctrl+Mouseclick”. I tried to remove and re-define the keymap (Ctrl+B) but that still does not work.
• On Linux (Fedora both 26 and 27) the navigation to the “Declaration” has the shortcut Shift+B. If changed to Ctrl+B it does not work. Does that have the same cause as on Windows?
