How to add a new environment in Clion

I want to add to the Clion toolchains a new environment but can't seem to find an option for that an existing Clion installation (I know how to do it when installing Clion of course). Namely I was using the minGW environment so far and want to switch to using the visual c++ environment in Clion.

All the Clion documentation I could find on the topic only discussed adding environment in the Clion installation process.

Is there not another way than reinstalling Clion?
