How to remove Endpoint tab from Run Tool Window? It appeared after update.
Also how to make run title bar more compact? (Remove TAB that appeared afted update too)

Try switching on the Run Dashboard mode https://stackoverflow.com/a/49424397/104891. This will remove the tabs.
If you have many different run/debug configurations, the tabs will be shown.
