Can't paste or user arrows keys in Find windows specifically

Intellij Ultimate 2018.1 - Build #IU-181.4203.550
macOS High Sierra (10.13.3)

I don't recall exactly when this started but it was definitely after an update and at least a few versions back.  I'm unable to paste into Find or Find/Replace in Path windows.  When I attempt to paste, there's no feedback at all.  Pasting into the editor itself works just fine.  This is inconvenient when I have a long string to search for.  I have to paste it into the editor first, highlight it, then Find (then delete/undo it from the editor window).  Also, I'm unable to move the cursor in the Find windows via the arrow keys, which also work fine in the editor, itself.

I hadn't changed any keyboard bindings between the version that worked completely and the one that introduced this bug on my system.  I've tried resetting my keyboard shortcuts without success.  Any thoughts on what might've caused this behavior?  Thanks in advance.

Could you please provide idea.log (Help | Show log....) after reproducing the problem?

I reset my keymap to Mac OS X 10.5+ and paste is working again.  The arrow keys however still aren't.

I cleared the log, restarted IDEA, did cmd+F, typed something into the Find field, and then attempted to move in the field with the arrow keys:

No.  I use a Cooler Master Quick Fire TK and the arrow behavior is also the same on the native MBP kb.
