Ensure line feed at file end on Save

Do you mean the line feed is not appended at the end of file when you have the option enabled?

Do you use any 3rd plugins? Do you use .editorconfig? If you do, please check with them disabled. Please try it also with several different projects and file types - will you get the same behaviour? Please attach somewhere the idea.log after IDE restart and your File | Export Settings... jar.

The problem seems to be with the IdeaVIM plugin. New lines are only inserted when saving while in insert mode.
