Can't open intellij - getting stuck immediately

When I open intellij, the project windows are opened and then stuck (the application is not responding - i have to kill it eventually)
It happens again and again.
Attached logs and threadump folder (uploaded to IntelliJIdea2017.3.zip)

Please try disabling `Maven Helper (3.1.138.1503)` plugin. And try 2018.1 version from https://www.jetbrains.com/idea/download
Sometimes it could be caused by corrupted local Maven repository: https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/IDEA-171728#focus=streamItem-27-2121645-0-0
