Intention boxes are too small and not resizeable

Since IntelliJ IDEA 2018.1, all boxes from "Show Intention Actions" keyboard shortcut truncate the box, making all the boxes almost impossible to read.
(I have a 1080p screen and even the smallest boxes get truncated)

IntelliJ IDEA 2018.1 (Ultimate Edition)
