Can't activate debug panel with Command+5 after my update to IDEA 2018.1

I have never changed my shortcut key about Command+5, but the debug panel can't be activated while cursor in the editor after I press Command+5 within IDEA 2018.1, while the shortcut can used to hide the panel when I activate it with my mouse.

This issue seems only appears in debug panel since others Command+number shortcut works well, and still present when I add another shortcut such as Commond+8 to the particular keymap. 

Invalidate idea's cache as well as disable vim and JRebel plugins are still useless.
