The updated resource file(src/main/resources) is missing in the folder "target/classes" after run application and re-appear when rebuild the module

Hi. Could you please provide more details, and a project example, if possible?
After i clear the folder "system/compile" and "system/compile-server", it can work now. Why?
It is hard to say without a project example.
