Cannot Obtain ticket from <URL> due to connectivity problem - Signature length Issue

Something relevant to this issue... 

My server is up and running. I am able to open it via a browser. I am seeing "Available Licenses" as 1

But the problem is, when I try to activate from RubyMine, I get "Cannot Obtain ticket from <URL> due to connectivity problem: java.security.cert.certificateException:java.security.SignatureException: Signature length not correct: got 256 but was expecting 512"
