Debug config defaults settings not persisting

I'm having an issue where the settings I apply to the Jest run config settings (shown below) don't persist across Webstorm sessions.  For example, where I have added "watchAll" to the "Jest options" field.  That field will be blank the next time I open up Webstorm.  Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong?
