Bright color schemes for appereance don't work

I try to change the color scheme of Webstorm to a bright one. Unfortunatly just a few elements take on the bright color. I tried all appereance styles (Darcula, GTK+ and IntelliJ) with bright editor color schemes. The same works in PyCharm without any issues.
