I would like an IDE for both JS and C#, what do I do?

Hello, 

I am subscribed to Webstorm and recently I decided to learn C# which probably require a different IDE, is there a way for me to combine my WebStorm subscription with another IDE for some kind of a deal? If so, can you recommend me which IDE I should be using? 

There is a Rider and CLion IDE, both seem to be working with C#, but I am still a complete beginner so I have no idea which one to use. 

My plan is to use Unity soon, but I expect to be able to use intellij idea IDE for C#.
