Unable to resolve module `AccessibilityInfo`

I am trying to create a new React-Native project from WebStorm IDE.

After I run 'npm install' and click on 'Run' button in the IDE while having my android emulator running, the application get packaged and transferred to the Android Emulator.

But when the application runs on the Emulator, I am getting the exception below:
