Windows UI Theme

I recently upgraded a PC from Windows 7 to Windows 10 (April 2018). When I installed IntelliJ (2018.1.6) I noticed that there were only two UI theme options: Darcula and IntelliJ. Previously on Windows 7, with the same version of intelliJ, there was a third Windows UI theme option. Furthermore, I remember seeing this third option during a Windows 10 / IntelliJ test session ~1.5 years ago. 

Is the Windows UI theme no longer available for windows 10? Is there any way to re-create it?
