Unresponsive editor when creating new files

Hi,
I am running WebStorm in a Mac and I noted that when I create a new file I can't write in it. I am force to send the app to the Dock and open it again to be available to write.

Is anyone else experiencing the same behaviour?

Are you sure the link to a video is correct?
From descriptions sounds like like https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/IDEA-189643. Do you have several IDE projects opened at the same time? If you do, does it help if have just one opened project at a time?

No, I don't have more than the one I am wirking in and no other ide is running either
Please provide all IDE logs zipped.
Where should I attach it?
You can use our upload server (ftp://ftp.intellij.net/.uploads or https://uploads.services.jetbrains.com) or any other file sharing service you like.
Ok, I have uploaded it to the https address. The file is called "idea.log.zip"

Does log contain the period when issue happened? Does it happen with any file type creation?
Please check with "Material Theme UI (2.4.2-2018.1)" plugin disabled.
