Flash back problem

This exception can occur (and it is normal) after  File | Invalidate Caches/Restart.. | Invalidate and Restart action. Do you call this action?

Yes,I made File | Invalidate and Restart action,but another errors:

Cause by:com.intellij.openapi.util.io.FileUtilRt$NIOReflect$1$2: Failed to delete

Does it cause some specific problem with IDE for you?

Flash back has been resolved - unload the reload.

However, there is a new problem :2018.2(build 182.3684.101) cannot be downloaded and installed, and the original version can be unloaded and reinstalled, which is still the version of 2018.2(build 182.3684.90).

What error do you get? Do you use Toolbox App?
