Updated to Pycharm 2018.2 and cannot scroll in editor

Hello,
I have just updated to PyCharm 2018.2 (Professional) and now cannot scroll any .py file in the editor - the whole software is constantly hanging too.
Any ideas?

Mine's gone away when I reverted font settings to default :-\
