Sorry, but I don't understand what 'marking as not imported' means. What error can you see namely? 'Missing import statement', or 'Unresolved variable', or? Can you share a sample project I can use to recreate the issue?
"Missing import statement". Note that I imported my config from 2018.1, and made no changes. It was working on 2018.1
