Issues about new feature 'jump outside bracket with Tab' in 2018.2

Hi.

Please provide exact steps to reproduce a problem.

1.I finished the parameter and want to  use 'tab' to jump outside bracket.Now parameter info window is still exist.

2.Because the parameter info window is exist(or 'tab(4 space)‘ shortcut key conflict), 'tab' to jump outside is invalid.

3.I should use 'esc' to close the window, then use 'tab' to jump outside.

Does it help if you unmap Tab from "Next Parameter" action in Settings | Keymap ?

No, it doesn't. Perhaps it conflict with 'Editor Actions'->'Tab'.If remove it, 'tab' can jump outside, but tab indent is invalid. 

The problem is also in js file.When I want to jump outside, the parameter info window prevent me.
