Remove Indexing feature or Discontinue Pycharm please !!!!!!!

WTH...people have complained about this and still, they are not ready to give a good fix for this stupid issue. Even though they have provided a pause button but I still can't run my program as it locks everything. Even the python interpreter option is disabled.

What is wrong will these people, can you get it. It's damn annoying when in the middle of our work our machine get locks up for hours. Why don't you just discontinue your product, this will help a lot.
