Tools > Add new Bash console, does nothing.

Hello, I just recently installed Pycharm Community edition with the Bash support. When I click on the Add new Bash console under the Tools menu, it does nothing. Any ideas? I went ahead and changed my default settings to open a terminal with sh.exe on my machine.
