How to switch from the Ultimate version to Community one

is there any way how to move from Ultimate version (licensed one) to a Community version?

Do you mean migrate the settings? You can use File | Import/Export Settings... action.

Well, I mean to change version from Ultimate to Community. So what you suggest is to export my projects and settings, uninstall ultimate one, instal community one and import settings and projects?

You need to import/export only settings. Project format stays the same, so you can open them in Community just like from Ultimate. If project has some functionality that is not present in Community it will just be ignored.
