phpstorm not showing errors

Hello

I installed phpstorm
 
phpstorm not showing errors
 
1- Errors are not recognized:
 

2- xdebug has been installed but does not work
 


3- Do not display errors (Show a blank page)

If you have this problem too
to solve the problem:
 
first open php.ini
 
Then find these options. if is "off" Change to "on"
 
 
display_errors = On
display_startup_errors = On
