HTML auto-suggest (Ctrl+Space) doesn't seem to be working correctly
The PHP/HTML syntax is correct (no validation issues), but hitting Ctrl+Space (Windows 7) shows No suggestions:
Typing anything valid in the quotes then hitting Ctrl+Space shows weird suggestions:
Note: the file is a .phtml file from Magento 2.

Where is the setting for this? It's so annoying when you're using the keyboard to navigate and that crap keeps popping up and interrupting.
