PHPStorm with Local By Flywheel

I am new to both PHPStorm (in trial period) and Local By Flywheel. I am trying to configure the latter to allow me to set breakpoints as I troubleshoot WordPress plugins, using PHPStorm.

In Flywheel I have enabled the appropriate XDebug option in preferences. I see the "Configure PHPStorm and IntelliJ IDES" option under Utils for my local site. But it is grayed out and I am unclear on what I need to do here to enable it.

I am running this on Windows?

Any suggestions?
