[Math Processing Error] when using jupyter notebooks

Answered

So i have a really weird problem.

When i run a cell, the LaTeX Math code gets displayed correctly for a few seconds. But then all formulas disappear and it just says [Math Processing Error]. The time period varies slightly but it never stays for more then 30 seconds.

I run latest Manjaro Linux i3 with a working texlive installation. (at least i can export jupyter notebox as pdf without trouble)

Whats happening?

PS: sorry for not taking screenshots, it's too much effort to find out how with no desktop envirment or screenshot tool.

I have the same problem with Ubuntu 18.04 LTS and PyCharm 2018.1, 2018.1.2 and 2018.1.3 RC. The Jupyter integration is aweful. Here are screenshots for this issue. [1] after opening my Jupyter project in PyCharm (it was created in PyCharm). All Markup cells are blank with a horizontal line. Only after running each cell, we get to [2] where the Markup works. [3] After 10 seconds, all Latex Markups turn in to "Math Processing Error". I hope this issue get's adressed.

There is a related issue https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/PY-26560 in Pycharm issue tracker, please follow it for updates.
