Edit 2nd Mouse Context menu

Hi
Could anyone suggest me how can I edit 2nd mouse button click context menu for new file?
It's a bit messy and annoying, would like to remove unwanted stuff or add new what I need, maybe split by a custom separator or make my own organisation
