The dialog no longer appears immediately.

I'm using IntelliJ Ultimate Edition, 2018.1.3.

I call a dialog such as "Find in Path" or "File Structure", "Class...", "File..." from a shortcut, but it is no longer displayed immediately.

It seems that you can use it by waiting for a while or by moving the focus. I do not know whether this is correct.
Or it seems to work if I press ESC in each window.
But, other dialogs are not displayed.

This phenomenon occurs especially after removing focus from the IntelliJ window.
It also occurs when switching between multiple IntelliJ windows.
Previously, shortcuts worked smoothly even when switching windows.
It is very stressful now.

I am changing the shortcut binding in Eclipse style.
