Editor does not show unquoted devanAgarI unicode characters.

Observe that the following screenshot shows the text "Holy Books- Limits ग्रन्थसीमा" (with quotes)
Now observe that the same text minus the quotes surrounding "Holy Books- Limits ग्रन्थसीमा" is not shown by the editor (but actually present, as you can see from the structure tip at the bottom of the editor) -

Not a font problem - able to reproduce bug with Google Noto Sans Monospace too.
