IDEA community 2018.2 + facelet-taglib = "no suggestions"

I added primefaces.jar into classpath, specified "http://primefaces.org/ui" namespace in "Schemas and DTDs" settings. So IDEA can recognize the schema location

And can jump into schema if I click on it

But...

How it can be fixed?
