Unknown icon in front of feature file in IntelliJ

Recently my IDE [IntelliJ IDEA 2018.1.4 (Ultimate Edition) Build #IU-181.5087.20] started displaying a (to me) unknown icon in front of _one_ of the feature files. It looks like a '7' (seven) (light text on dark background, see attached screenshot).
Why is it there? What does it mean?
Has anyone else seen this?
