Favorites has it's own keyboard shortcuts system?

Hi, I don't want cmd + enter to trigger "Rename Favorites List" (not sure why anyone would) but I can't seem to find any way to effectively override this keyboard command.  It's like the command is hard-coded into the program rather than integrated into the keyboard shortcut system like everything else in the IDE.  Is there any way to customize this key command?
